Vacuum Tumblers – With 15 – 4,000 lbs capacity size models available, this process allows air to be extracted from the pot allowing spices, sauces and protein extractions to deeply enter into the meat resulting in a much better marinate in what would normally take hours takes only minutes, adding up to 20% to weight*of the now tenderized meat.
*Can add up to 20% weight to chicken, 10-12% for pork and beef, fish and seafood will vary.
